We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days; however, delays can occur, and we may occasionally take up to 5 business days to dispatch. If your order will be significantly delayed, we will contact you via email or telephone to let you know and keep you informed of the expected delivery date. If we need to split your order into multiple deliveries to speed things up, we will let you know.
We don’t ship orders on weekends or UK public holidays (even busy cleaners need some time off agreed?).
We’ll be upfront about any shipping charges, and where they are not built into the product cost will display these at checkout.
For most UK domestic orders, we use Royal Mail standard 2nd class delivery but we may use any other courier or delivery method as appropriate for the order.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control. We can’t accept responsibility for any losses due to an order being delayed in shipping, but we will of course do everything we can to help put things right.
We ship all orders directly from the UK. When shipping to any other country, there may be an additional shipping charge to pay. There may also be local charges you’re your order arrives, such as customs import duty or VAT. It is your responsibility as a customer to check the local fees applicable and be prepared to pay them. We can help provide you with the relevant information to be able to check what shipping and import taxes you may need to pay.
Damage in transit
If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us as soon as possible. Please retain all packaging and take photos if possible, to help us put things right.
We hope you will love cleaning with probiotics as much as we do. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to help put things right. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible to discuss the issue. Your statutory rights are not affected.
When we will refund
All orders are checked to be in perfect condition before they leave our warehouse. If your order arrives damaged please take photos if possible and keep packaging as evidence to help us make a claim with the courier company.
We offer a 100% satisifaction guarantee with our subscriptions. If, at any point in the first 60 days you are not happy with the products we wil refund your money in full. There is no need to return the items, just let us know and we will cancel your subscription and refund all money paid.
If you are unhappy with, or change your mind about any electrical items (atomisers) we accept returns for a limited time. Simply let us know you wish to return the item and send it back to us in good condition in its original packaging and proof of purchase within 14 days. If anything goes wrong after that, we offer a standard one year manufacturers warranty. Please get in touch with us to discuss any issues and get approval from us before returning items under the warranty.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We advise you keep a proof of postage and use a tracked delivery option for high value items.
Payment of refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 7 business days from date of your order returning to us to process your refund.
When we are unable to refund, but will replace
We can’t refund sachets, bottles, bamboo cloths or EM ceramics (unless these form part of a subscription) due to hygiene reasons.
We offer a lifetime guarantee with our bottles. If the spray breaks or the bottle becomes otherwise unusable, please contact us and we will arrange to supply a replacement with your next order of refill sachets, or next subscription delivery. If you aren’t placing an order soon and want your replacement bottles straight away we will only charge you our standard shipping charge for a small parcel to your location.
